Newborn Nurtury COVID-19 Protocols

The health and safety of you, your family, and our doulas are of the utmost importance to us and during these times. We have put in place strict COVID-19 protocols, following DONA and CAPPA COVID guidelines for in-home care. 1. We check temperatures before each shift.

2. Masks are worn around baby and parents when in close proximity (when requested).

3. Social distancing is maintained where appropriate and possible.

4. Doulas will leave work clothes at a client's house to mitigate the risk of cross-contamination (when requested).

5. Doula’s only service, one client, at a time, in order to limit exposure.

6. Doulas will provide a negative Covid test when requested (at clients' expense).

7. A backup doula will be assigned in case of illness, when available.
